CritterForge's terms of service (v1)
1. A 30% deposit secures your queue slot. The deposit is non-refundable once foam work begins. 2. Payment plans are available; the full balance is due 30 days before shipping. 3. You must approve the foam base and fur layout before we cut fur. Changes after approval are billed separately. 4. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee. We update you at every milestone. 5. We only work from a finished reference sheet. 6. Shipping is billed at cost, insured and tracked.
