Nature of the service
Kotsu is an online service that gives artisans who create made-to-order costumes ("makers") a tool to run their business and a public presentation page, and lets clients discover them and send them a commission request.
Kotsu is not a party to the contracts entered into between makers and their clients. Kotsu sells no costumes, manufactures no products, collects no payment for those commissions and receives no fee on them. Payments are made directly by the client to the maker, on the terms the two of them agree.
The only service Kotsu bills for is the subscription taken out by makers, on the terms set out in our Terms of Sale.

Intellectual property
The Kotsu trademark, logo, visual identity, texts, interface and source code of the website are the property of Anis Rahimi or are used under licence. Any reproduction or display, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
Content published by users (photographs, descriptions, reviews and illustrations) remains the property of its respective authors. Each user remains responsible for the content they publish and warrants that they hold the rights required to publish it, under the conditions set out in our Terms of Use.
