Fair questions
Do you take a percentage of my commissions?
Never. 0% commission is the whole point, your client pays you directly, in full. The subscription is KOTSU's only revenue.
When do I start paying?
When you accept your first commission through KOTSU. Setting up your page, appearing in the directory and receiving requests is free, for as long as you need.
Does KOTSU hold my money or my client's money?
No. There is no wallet and no escrow. Payments go straight from your client to you. KOTSU records the schedule and keeps the proof, terms accepted, milestones approved, photos, history.
What currency is the subscription in?
EUR, KOTSU is published by a French company. Your commission prices stay in your own currency (USD, EUR or GBP).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Stripe customer portal in one click. Your page stays up until the end of the paid period.
